Your position is filled in one to three months, on average.

No need to worry about having an open position, with no hope of filling it in sight. Finding the right candidate typically takes four to twelve weeks, though some searches take longer. The length of time depends on a variety of factors, such as what the position is, the current hiring market, the salary being offered, as well as the ease of coordinating schedules between candidates and the hiring team.
